24x7 real time monitoring and Notifications
Our AIoT Thermal Detection module provides continuous 24/7 temperature surveillance for electrical distribution cabinets and critical power points. Electrical faults often begin with conductor overheating, creating localized hot spots long before visible smoke or flame appears. By monitoring thermal patterns in real time, the system identifies abnormal heat rise, thermal imbalance, and hotspot development at an early stage, then delivers instant notifications through the platform. This proactive visibility reduces dependence on periodic manual inspections and helps teams intervene before outages or fire escalation occurs. As part of the F.A.S.T (Fire Alarm Smart Technology) ecosystem, Thermal Detection strengthens operational reliability and enhances safety readiness with clear, always‑on insight into electrical fire risks.
Early fire detection with fast alert to user via platform
Our Electrical Cable Pyrolysis Sensing module targets the earliest phase of electrical fire development—when materials reach tolerance temperature and begin physical change, releasing transient particles through Brownian diffusion before full oxidation or combustion. Regardless of root cause, early electrical fire signatures commonly include conductor heating and the release of decomposition particles, including smoke particles (M1) and pyrolysis particles (M2), along with combustible by‑products. By detecting these particle signals early and correlating them with platform analytics, the system triggers fast alerts to users for immediate action. Integrated into the F.A.S.T ecosystem, it enables early detection and prevention with higher transparency than traditional fire systems.
