Accelerating Innovation in Building Management

We were pleased to participate in the “Building Management Technology Products and Solutions Sharing Session” held at Hong Kong Science Park. Co-organized by government departments, industry bodies including the Hong Kong Information Technology Federation, and Hong Kong Science Park, the event brought together a wide range of solution providers to showcase innovations that enhance building operations, maintenance, and safety. With many companies presenting practical technologies for modern facility management, the session served as a valuable platform for knowledge exchange and collaboration. For us, it was an important opportunity to bring intelligent fire safety into broader building management conversations and to demonstrate how data-driven approaches can strengthen safety outcomes.

F.A.S.T AIoT Fire Safety Management

During the event, we introduced our AIoT fire safety management solution, F.A.S.T (Fire Alarm Smart Technology), built on the belief that modern fire protection should be powered by data rather than manpower alone. F.A.S.T delivers 24/7 real-time monitoring and notifications, fault device diagnosis, comprehensive records and reports, unwanted alarm reduction, and predictive maintenance—helping building teams detect risks earlier, reduce unnecessary disruptions, and improve operational efficiency. By providing higher transparency into device performance and system status, the platform enables proactive decision-making and smarter maintenance planning. It is designed to integrate with existing systems, supporting a smooth transition toward intelligent building safety management.

One Platform with Six Integrated Modules

We also highlighted F.A.S.T’s platform advantage: bringing multiple fire safety assets into one unified dashboard with consistent monitoring, alerting, and reporting. The ecosystem includes six modules—AFA System, Portable F.E., Standalone IoT Monitoring, Extinguishing System Status, E‑Lighting, and Thermal Detection—allowing scalable deployment across residential buildings, commercial properties, public facilities, and temporary sites. Moving forward, we will continue collaborating with stakeholders across the building management sector, translating event insights into practical, site-ready solutions. Our goal is to strengthen building safety with more transparent, proactive, and intelligent fire protection—supporting a safer and more resilient city.
